What to expect:
Our caregivers are not independent contractors, they are employees of Waverly Care.
All applicants are required to have multiple face to face interviews, reference checks, criminal clearance, Penndot Driver's Record check, drug screening, and infectious disease screening. We require a comprehensive orientation program, participation in inservices, and regularly review each employee's performance. Additionally, a Covid-19 test will be required within 7 days of starting with your first Waverly Care client.
